Please note that the ADMISSION LETTER means that you have been offered a space to study at the College but does not mean you have been awarded a Bursary/Scholarship. Students whose Bursary/Scholarship application is successful will be contacted directly by the Bursary/Scholarship committee.

Once you have your admission letter handy, the next thing will be to register. The registration fee is R1,000. You are required to inquire if there are additional payments to be made depending on your program of study. You can register ONLINE or by coming down to the College.

The registration process requires that you:

  1. Pay the registration fee
  2. Submit any application documents if you have not uploaded them during the online application
  3. Sign, initial, and return the STUDY CONTRACT document
  4. Sign, initial and return the ACCEPTANCE FORM
  5. Apply and pay for the STUDENTS’ IDENTITY CARD

If you have outstanding documents to submit, it is either you come with it when you come to register or you send it to

Please note that you will not be able to attend classes if you have outstanding application documents to submit.

If you are waiting for your matric result to be released by February 2021, pls be patient as you won’t be able to register until you receive your matric result statement. The registration deadline will be extended for such students.

There are two registration periods for the first semester. The first one runs from 4th – 31st January. The second one runs from 24th February to 31st March for students awaiting their Matric result.

Classes will commence in two batches. The first one by the 1st of February and the second one by the 1st week of March for students awaiting their Matric result.

Regarding the registration fee, you can pay when you come to register at the College, or you can deposit or transfer into the College bank account with details below and then come to the College with the proof of payment or scan and send it to
